On October 21, 2025, I transferred 12,217 USDT via the ERC20 network from my Trust Wallet mobile app to my brother’s Binance account. Although the transaction status shows as “completed,” the transferred amount never arrived in the Binance account, and the balance is still visible in my Trust Wallet.

I didn’t receive any error or warning message during the transfer, and the status still appears as “completed.” This is the first time I’ve encountered such an issue. I haven’t made any additional transfers or payments since then.
I request that my 12,217 USDT either be returned to my Trust Wallet account or that the transfer be completed successfully. I’m asking for urgent assistance to resolve this matter.
