I Face a Missing Trust Wallet USDT Transfer on the BEP Network

I am writing regarding a problem with a 40 USDT transfer I made through Trust Wallet that has still not been received by the intended recipient. On May 29, 2026 at approximately 8:26 PM, I sent 40 USDT on the BEP network from my Trust Wallet to another wallet address. The transaction shows as completed in my wallet, and the transaction hash is: 0x4c61f97c03812ff411513201f49509ce2c4ed0da7268b9ec28c5a4a99195101f. Despite the transaction being marked as successful, the recipient has not received the 40 USDT in their wallet. We have confirmed together that the wallet address and the BEP network used were correct, and the recipient has checked both their wallet and the transaction details on the blockchain explorer, but the funds are still not showing up on their side. I have already contacted Trust Wallet support about this issue, and I was told that it was a “suspicious token.” This answer does not resolve my situation, because I used USDT and I expected this transfer to be processed correctly, or at least to receive a clear and detailed explanation about what happened and what can be done. I kindly request that you thoroughly investigate this transaction and provide a clear explanation of why the 40 USDT sent with the above transaction hash has not been received by the recipient, and what concrete solution or next steps you can offer to help me recover or access these funds.
