I Can’t Get My Funds After Trust Wallet PancakeSwap Coin Sale on Nov 27

The coins I sold on PancakeSwap on November 27 never showed up in my Trust Wallet, which makes me very angry. The wallet makes it clear that the coins were sold, but my amount hasn't changed. What happened to my money? I have no idea, and I feel useless because I don't know who to talk to. This is a big problem—I put my trust in this site, but my money seems to be stuck. I expect Trust Wallet to look into this right away and give me a clear account of what happened to my money. It's not okay to not tell people anything. I want Trust Wallet to fix this problem so that no one else has to go through the stress and confusion I'm going through right now.
