Complaint Of My Compromised Trust Wallet Account To Be Restored



I am writing regarding an issue I am experiencing with the Trust Wallet application, where I currently have over 800 USD worth of cryptocurrency (USDT, JBC, and SOL) that I am unable to access or withdraw. When I try to log in and use my wallet, I receive a message that my account has been compromised and I cannot move my funds. I have not logged into the app since November last year because I was trying to keep the funds safe, and when I recently tried to access them, I discovered this restriction. I have not received any clear explanation or guidance within the app about what exactly is compromised or what steps I should follow to secure my wallet and regain access to my assets. I kindly request that Trust Wallet investigate this situation, explain clearly why my wallet is marked as compromised, and help me regain access to my funds. If it is not possible to restore normal access to this wallet, I request that my balance in USDT, JBC, and SOL be safely transferred to another wallet that I control so that I do not lose these funds.
