Apple Does Not Stand Behind Defective iPhone 14 Plus
The iPhone 14 Plus, purchased from the Troy Marmara Park branch on November 10, 2022, is now officially out of service. Within the first week of acquiring it, I noticed an aura on the frame of the rear cameras that gave it a dusty appearance. To my disappointment, neither Apple nor Troy took responsibility for this cosmetic flaw. The phone has undergone service twice before – once due to pixels appearing on the rear camera during shooting, and now it's in service for the third time due to the same pixel issue affecting the front camera. Unlike the previous swift repair, this time the Apple repair center hasn't even initiated the repair process. I'm left without a phone, stuck with a device that's rapidly depreciating in value. It's disheartening to realize that Apple might no longer stand behind its products. As a long-time user of Apple products, including the MacBook and Apple Watch, since the iPhone 4s, I'm beginning to feel disillusioned. Despite the many reasons I had for needing a phone renewal or change, I now find myself without a functioning device, watching its value diminish.
