Apple Micro Woven Case Peeling Issue
On November 24, 2023, I purchased an Apple Micro Woven Case for #1,999 TL from the Marmara Park Troy store. However, within two weeks, the covering around the charging port started to peel off. I initially contacted the Apple Support team, and they instructed me to take the product to the Troy store where I made the purchase. I created a service record and delivered the item accordingly. Product Details: Product: iPhone 15 Pro Max Finewoven Magsafe - Black Purchase Date: November 24, 2023 Purchase Location: Marmara Park Troy Store Price: #1,999 TL# Service Report: After examination, the deformations found in the accessory corners were determined to be usage-related issues according to Apple procedures. Unfortunately, it was deemed not eligible for warranty coverage and returned without any action taken. I want to express my dissatisfaction with the fact that a brand like Apple does not stand behind its newly released product. Despite being considerably more expensive than its counterparts, the quality of the Apple Micro Woven Case falls short. Do not assume that just because it's made by Apple, it must be good. You could purchase ten much more durable cases for the same price. It's a waste of money. I am attaching pictures for your reference. I leave it to your judgment to determine how this could be considered a user error.
