Apple iPhone 14 Pro Deep Purple Show Cosmetic Damages and Peels

In February, I purchased an iPhone 14 Pro Deep Purple from Apple TR and took great care to protect it with the most expensive accessories. However, a week ago, when I removed the case to clean my device, I noticed peeling spots on the frame, and the mute button had taken on a discoloration resembling metal burn marks. Surprisingly, I have never encountered such issues with my previous iPhones, including the 11, 12 Pro, and 13 models, and even my 10-year-old iPhone 6 shows no signs of such problems. I brought the device to the Troy service center in Florya, and the next day, I received a response stating that color change was not covered under warranty. It's disheartening to see that a widespread issue, experienced by thousands globally, is dismissed as not covered. Considering the premium prices we pay for Apple products and the reputation of the brand, it's disappointing to see them resorting to such a seemingly cheap solution for customer support. I kindly request a proper resolution to this issue; otherwise, I regret to inform you that I will pursue my rights through consumer courts.
