Trovo Support Takes Weeks to Respond and Gives Useless Copy-Paste Replies

Customer service from Trovo is utterly ridiculous. Though in reality you're lucky if you hear back within two weeks—and even then, it's typically a copy-paste message that doesn't really help. They say they respond within three to seven days. Tencent-backed platforms would seem to invest in good assistance or at least offer a live chat option for critical problems. No, though—just constant waiting devoid of any meaningful answers. Every time I have experienced several problems, from streaming faults to account verification troubles, which frustrates me. Trovo has to improve their game if they wish to compete on larger venues since right now it's only a mess. By now I would not advise it to anyone.
