Poor Service and Security at Trivago's Crystal De Luxe Resort & Spa

The Crystal De Luxe Resort & SPA sent me a link for a review through Trivago, but the link is not working, so I cannot submit a review. Why not? The food and drinks at the hotel were significantly below the expected standard. Despite the family-oriented concept of the hotel, the presence of many individual Turkish men, who seemed disturbing, was uncomfortable. In the many years of staying at various resorts and hotels, our visit to this hotel for our 25th wedding anniversary with my partner was the biggest disappointment. If we hadn't kept our composure, potentially unpleasant situations could have arisen. We informed the guest service team, but finding a solution seemed challenging. Moreover, there were hardly any security measures, making us constantly feel the fear of our belongings being stolen. Unfortunately, there is no platform where we can leave our feedback! I hope my experiences can help others in choosing a hotel. 😡😡😡
