Trip.com Credit Card Refund Still Pending After Hotel Cancellation
On December 9, 2025, I made a reservation through Trip.com for a stay at the Hampton by Hilton in Samsun, with check-in on December 18 and check-out on December 19, 2025. I paid a total of $132 by credit card.
On December 11, 2025, I contacted Trip.com customer service and canceled my reservation. During the call, I was informed that the cancellation had been processed and that my refund would be credited back to my card within 3–5 days. However, despite the time that has passed, no refund has been issued, and I have not received any further updates.
In accordance with the information provided by Trip.com, I request that the $132 payment be refunded to my credit card without further delay.
