Trip.com Coupon Cannot Be Used After Royal Jordanian Flight Cancellation

The tickets I purchased through Trip.com for my April 11 Istanbul–Bangkok flight were canceled by Royal Jordanian, and as compensation I was issued a voucher/credit for future use.
However, I have been completely unable to use this voucher through either the Trip.com website or the mobile application.
When I contacted Royal Jordanian, I was informed that the voucher could only be redeemed through Trip.com. On the other hand, when I tried to resolve the issue with Trip.com, I could not obtain any meaningful support either through the live chat bot or through phone calls with customer service representatives.
For approximately three weeks, I have been trying to purchase a new ticket using this voucher, but the system simply does not allow me to complete the transaction.
I request that my voucher be properly activated within the Trip.com system and that the necessary technical and customer support be urgently provided so I can finally use this voucher to purchase a new airline ticket.
