Rockstar Support Has Not Recovered My Account After 50 Requests

For the past ten days, I have been dealing with an unresolved issue involving my Rockstar account linked through Epic Games. I no longer have access to the old email address registered to the account, which prevents me from using it securely. I know the account password, but I cannot complete the required account management and security procedures without access to the old email.

I have contacted both Epic Games Support and Rockstar Support approximately 50 times, but neither company has provided a solution for changing my email address. Although I can provide the necessary information to verify that the account belongs to me, I am still not receiving any meaningful assistance.

To protect my account and restore full access, I am requesting that the inaccessible email address be replaced with the new email address I currently use. I expect Epic Games and Rockstar Games to provide urgent assistance so I can securely access and manage my account again.
