Trendyol's Smart Bracelet Fails to Hold a Charge

I purchased a smart bracelet from Trendyol in December, but the device was delivered to me in January. On the very first day, I charged the device. To my disappointment, the battery was drained by the next evening, barely lasting a day. Trying again the next day, the battery unexpectedly died around noon, accompanied by light leakage from the side. Trendyol insists there's no issue with the device's functionality, but I've only had the product for two days and I'm requesting an exchange. I'm dissatisfied and demand a resolution to my problem. It baffles me why they are suggesting a refund if there's supposedly no problem with the product, and I don't accept this offer.
Progress
I bought a smart bracelet from Trendyol and sent it back for a return. Now, the return company has examined my watch for 5 days, and at the end of the 5 days, they told me that there is no problem with my watch and rejected my return. I tried the watch for two days and had to charge it 2-3 times within those two days, and light is leaking from the side. As a consumer, I am not satisfied at all and I want an exchange or a refund.
