Trendyol Closed My Store Due to an Unrelated Account Connection

Dear Trendyol Seller Support Team,
My store, adaticarett, which is registered under my name, has been suspended by your system. It appears that this decision may be based on an assumed connection to another store that was previously closed due to a prohibited product violation and was registered under my spouse’s name. I would like to clarify that this is a mistaken evaluation. The store that was shut down belonged to my husband, Mücahit B***, who accepted the violation and has since closed his company entirely. The current store is solely mine, legally registered under a different company, and operated in full compliance with all applicable rules and regulations. I have not sold any prohibited items, violated any platform policies, or operated under the same legal entity. The only possible link may be that both stores share the same address, but that alone should not justify preventing me from pursuing my own independent business activities. I respectfully request a full reassessment of my store, a correction of the closure decision made without proper review, and the reactivation of my store. I also ask that the reason for the closure be shared with me in a clear and detailed written statement.
