My Trendyol Store Was Closed Due to a False Link With Another Seller
We had been selling on Trendyol for nearly a year through our Natural Look store with the ID 1072022. On April 30, 2025, our store was shut down after we were given 48 violation points based on a claim that we were linked to another seller. I reported this to the Presidential Communication Center and have written to the Ministry of Trade multiple times—and I will continue to do so. I also filed a complaint with the Competition Authority. I am determined to pursue my rights until the end. I will share on all social media platforms details about the commission fees Trendyol charges its sellers, shipping costs, transaction fees, and images proving that there are still stores selling counterfeit products on the platform. As a company that has always sold only original products and conducted honest and ethical business on Trendyol, having my store closed due to another shop I have no connection to is completely unfair. This is neither ethical nor in line with fair trade principles. I will also inform other Trendyol sellers about what happened. I will fight for my rights until Trendyol reopens my store.
