Philips Vertical Vacuum Order Delay



On March 20, 2024, I placed an order for a Philips upright vacuum cleaner from Trendyol. Today, March 28, 2024, the order is still listed as "being prepared." I contacted the vendor, who informed me that they do not sell such a thing and do not have it in stock and that the issue is caused by Trendyol's system.
Here's what I want to tell Trendyol: Stop generating inconvenience for your consumers. I demand that my problem be resolved, and I will not let this go.
This experience has been really aggravating. I'm upset by the seller's and Trendyol's lack of contact and accountability. I hope Trendyol takes swift action to rectify this issue and prevent similar occurrences from occurring in the future.
