I recently purchased a Philips LatteGo coffee machine from Trendyol, a popular Turkish e-commerce website. I chose to buy from Trendyol even though the product was on sale on other websites because I trusted their reputation.
However, days have passed and the product has still not been shipped. Every time I contact Trendyol, they assure me that the product is safe and will be shipped soon because I purchased it from a Philips seller with Trendyol's guarantee.
However, when I contacted the seller directly to ask about the shipping delay, they responded that their account had been hacked and that they were not the actual seller.
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this situation. Not only has my money been tied up for days, but I have also missed out on other opportunities to purchase the coffee machine at a discounted price.
I am demanding that Trendyol:
Immediately investigate this fraudulent activity and take action against the fake seller.
Expedite the shipping of the coffee machine or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs I incurred.
Compensate me for the inconvenience and stress they have caused me.
I have attached screenshots of my correspondence with Trendyol and the fake seller as evidence.
