I ordered SPF sunscreen from Trendyol to protect myself from the sun. The store charged ₺260 from my card, but then suddenly canceled my order without any explanation. Since then, I’ve received no refund, and they are completely ignoring my messages.
They claimed the money was refunded, but nothing was returned to my account. I live in Baku, Azerbaijan, and the amount I paid equals about 11 Azerbaijani manat, which is a significant loss for me. This is absolutely unacceptable.
Trendyol has no right to take my money, cancel the order, and then act like it never happened. I demand an immediate refund of the ₺260 they took from my card and a proper explanation for this behavior. Stop ignoring your customers and give me my money back.
