Trendyol Sent My Order to the Wrong Address and Charged High Shipping Fees

I am very dissatisfied with Trendyol and its shipping process. About a month ago, I placed an order for my sister in Diyarbakır (she lives in Cyprus, and a friend in Diyarbakır was going to bring the items to her). That order went smoothly. A few days ago, I placed an order for myself but forgot to change the address, as I didn’t remember the previous order for my sister. The next day, I noticed the incorrect address on Trendyol and contacted them immediately. However, they couldn’t help because the items had been sent via three different couriers (MNG, Sürat Kargo, and Trendyol Express). If all items had been shipped via Trendyol Express, I could have updated the address as I did for the Trendyol Express package. They contacted Sürat and MNG Kargo, but both refused to make changes. I personally contacted both couriers, but they said Trendyol needed to intervene. The product sent via MNG was delivered to the Diyarbakır address without any notification, and since the children in that house opened the package, it couldn’t be returned. I managed to return the Sürat Kargo package as the courier called, and I informed him to process the return. Now, for the item sent via MNG, I am being charged a shipping fee equal to the product price (₺256 for the item, ₺210 for shipping from Diyarbakır to Cizre). This situation is very upsetting. I am requesting an apology and compensation for this issue.
