Trendyol Sold Me a Faulty Refurbished Samsung S10e and Delayed My Refund

On 24.09.2024, I received a refurbished Samsung S10e from the Delta Servis store through Trendyol. I returned the product on 25.09.2024 because the rear camera was faulty, and it reached the seller on 26.09.2024. The item was a single unit in stock, and I purchased it when the stock was zero. After I returned the product, it was listed for sale again just one day later. They will probably say, "That’s not the device you returned." You send faulty products under the name of "refurbished," and then we have to wait for a refund. Why am I being victimized? My credit card statement has been issued, and now I am left to make the payment. Why doesn’t Trendyol pay attention to the stores they work with, leaving consumers to deal with the consequences?
