Trendyol Failed Me Twice With A Single Order

Hello, I placed an order on Trendyol to be delivered to my mother’s village address. Your system recognized the village as a valid neighborhood and accepted the order. However, after the item was shipped, the courier company said they do not deliver to that location. I tried to change the delivery address, but the system didn’t allow it. I even offered to redirect the delivery to the nearest district center, but that option wasn’t accepted either. Now the product is being returned, and I have to wait for the refund process to complete, which has already taken over a week. Meanwhile, the exact same product from the same seller (Lambadar) is now ₺1,500 more expensive. I haven’t placed the new order yet, but I will have to once the refund is processed. As a customer, I’ve lost valuable time, wasn’t given a chance to fix the delivery issue, and now face a higher cost for the same item. I kindly request that this issue be resolved promptly, my refund be completed, and compensation be considered for the price difference caused by this situation. Best regards.
