My Trendyol Order Lost in Transit

I placed an order for product number 9246456702 on Trendyol, with the expectation that it would be delivered using their in-house courier service. But it took a different route, starting from Mardin, then passing through Diyarbakır, making a detour to Ankara, and finally arriving in Kayseri. Instead of returning it to Kayseri upon realising the mistake, the company decided to send it to Erzurum. Is my package involved in a travel show or am I completely unaware? Trendyol, despite its supposed assurances, and the customer service they provide, seems to have no concern at all. The shipping company doesn't either. I can't help but feel like I've been wronged in this situation. I'll reconsider before placing another order. A half-hearted apology won't suffice. If I experience any inconvenience, it is only fair that the company also faces some inconvenience. Perhaps they could consider deducting the shipping fee from their account and donating it to charity, as a way to demonstrate their genuine concern for their customers.
