Trendyol Seller Panel Product Images Missing Due To System Error
Many of the product images that were active and previously sold in my Trendyol seller panel were suddenly deleted due to an error originating from Trendyol. I have repeatedly re-uploaded the product images and waited for them to appear in the panel, but since October 15, 2025 — for the past 14 days — the images have not appeared at all. During this period, I contacted the Trendyol seller support team multiple times, both in writing and by phone. However, each time I only received the same standard response: “Please update your product images through the panel. The update will be reviewed within 3 business days.” No actual solution was provided. My store ID is 231181. The issue occurs with certain products and has never happened before. Despite 14 days having passed, the problem still persists, and I have not received any satisfactory support from the authorities. I expect Trendyol to urgently fix this system-related issue, which is not caused by me, and ensure that my product images are displayed in the panel as soon as possible. I have been unable to sell these products for 14 days and have suffered financial losses. I request that my grievance be resolved promptly.
