Trendyol Refused to Help With My Order and Told Me to Deal With the Seller Directly

Trendyol has let me down with a recent purchase. They haven't supported the product they offered. They shrugged and told me to cut out the middleman and deal with the vendor directly. The customer care staff I spoke with when I called were impolite and uninterested in helping me. I just want the stuff delivered to me without any problems; I've already paid for it. It seems unfair that Trendyol is not taking responsibility for this. All I'm asking is that the item I ordered arrive undamaged. Such rude attitude from a major corporation is annoying.
