Trendyol Membership Blocked Due to Payment Issue
My Trendyol subscription was suspended owing to payment privacy issues. After confirming with İş Bank and Trendyol that my payment was made, I requested that my membership be enabled. However, I was told that the process will be finished once the bank removed the blockage. About a month ago, I received notice from the bank that the block had been lifted. Despite alerting Trendyol that the bank block had been lifted, they claimed it was still active in their systems and advised me to contact the bank again. I contacted the bank again, and they promised me that they would notify Trendyol. Today, when I tried to place another order, it was refused. I have been unable to settle my issue for 3 months owing to a lack of contact between İş Bank and Trendyol. Cancelling both subscriptions appears to be the only answer.
