I have been facing a problem with Trendyol since February 25, 2021. My credit card was saved in their system, and somehow, it was accessed by malicious individuals. On that date, there was an unauthorized purchase of ₺500 charged to my credit card. Both the bank and Trendyol have failed to take responsibility for this situation. If you can't protect sensitive information such as credit card details, then why are you requesting them at all? I anticipated a higher level of protection and responsibility, yet I find myself facing the fallout of circumstances beyond my control. This situation has been quite stressful, and I genuinely hope Trendyol enhances its security measures to avoid similar incidents moving forward.
