On September 20, 2025, while placing order number 10526639102 on the Trendyol website, I was offered a one-month Trendyol Plus membership for ₺55 at the payment stage, which I purchased. The advertisement clearly stated that the membership would last only one month, so I accepted it. However, on October 21, 2025, ₺75 was withdrawn from my VakıfBank account without my knowledge or consent as another membership fee. I was not informed or asked for approval regarding this transaction. On October 25, 2025, I contacted Trendyol customer service via WhatsApp about the issue. During the conversation, they told me that they could only cancel my membership but could not assist with a refund. My membership has now been canceled, but the ₺75 has not been refunded. I request that the ₺75 withdrawn from my account without my consent be refunded as soon as possible.
