Trendyol Refused 13t Pro Case Return

I realized that the 13t Pro case that I had ordered from the powerofstore on Trendyol did not fit the camera in the appropriate manner after I had made a purchase from the said shop. I was already suffering a great deal of frustration, and the fact that my return was denied due to improper packaging added to the irritation I was already feeling. As a consequence, I ended up losing 185 ₺. Clearly, Trendyol has not taken any action in response to this scenario, which is becoming increasingly apparent. Immediately, I would appreciate it if you could recompense me for the material and moral harm I have suffered.
