Trendyol Failed to Ship My Coat Order Despite Promised Delivery Date

I ordered a coat from Trendyol on December 4, 2024, anticipating shipment by December 10, 2024, as they assured me. After waiting a whole week, my order still hasn't been dispatched, and now another day has gone by without any updates. Initially, when I reached out to customer service, I was informed that there was a delay because of a campaign. I followed up once more, but still received no reply. I’m currently waiting for a coat, and living in a student dormitory means I don’t have a proper one with me. Handling this during the winter has been overwhelming. Trendyol’s poor communication and inability to meet their shipping commitments have made me feel overlooked and unappreciated.
