Travelocity won’t let me use my previous travel credit online—how can I apply it now?

If Travelocity won’t let you use your previous travel credit online;

• Contact Travelocity support via phone or live chat and explain that your existing travel credit isn’t applying online
• Provide your booking number, credit amount, issue date, expiration date, and screenshots of the credit showing as unavailable

Ask them to;

• Explain why the credit can’t be applied online (fare type, supplier restriction, promo vs airline credit)
• Apply the credit manually to a new booking or convert it to a call-in booking at the same price
• Extend the credit validity if system limitations caused the delay

If support does not reply, you might want to consider posting a complaint on Xolvie in order to bring attention to the issue and try to find a solution.
