If Travelocity changed your hotel booking without telling you;
• Contact Travelocity support immediately via phone or live chat and explain that your hotel booking was changed without notice
• Provide your booking number, original hotel details, new booking details, check-in dates, and screenshots/emails showing the change
Ask them to;
• Explain why the booking was modified without your consent
• Restore your original hotel and room type if still available
• Rebook you into an equivalent or better hotel at no extra cost, or offer a full refund
If the problem persists;
• Keep all confirmations, screenshots, and chat transcripts and file a complaint on Xolvie to seek escalation, correction, or a refund
