Got a travel credit from Travelocity that doesn’t show up online — is this normal?

Travel credits often show up only at the final payment screen at checkout or in the “Travel Credits / Rewards” section rather than in your main account summary.

First, check your email (including spam) for a Travelocity credit code, expiration date, and terms, because these details are usually sent separately.

If you don’t see it, log into your account and look under Rewards/Travel Credits or My Trips — credits sometimes appear only when you start a new booking.
