Track718 Shows Delivered Status but Package Never Arrived

I am tracking a shipment through Track718, and even though the system shows that the package has been delivered, I never actually received the product. This “delivered” status has been showing for about one month, but no item has reached me.

I have the shipment’s tracking/order number, yet despite this, I have been unable to get any clear information about the package’s real status or where the product currently is. Even though I have tried to contact them to get an update, I have not received any response.

I am requesting that Track718 investigate the actual status of this shipment and clearly inform me where my product is right now and what stage it is at, in a transparent and detailed manner.
