I placed an order for clothes over a month ago, which has been tracked through Track718 under the tracking number HYD1100876075QN. According to the Track718 website, this parcel, shipped from China to the United States, is marked as “delivered,” but I have never received it at my address. Despite the system showing the shipment as completed, there has been no delivery to me, no notice left at my door, and no contact from any courier. I tried to reach Track718 using the phone number provided, but the number is not working, so I have not been able to get any explanation or support. I request that this situation be urgently investigated, the actual delivery status of my parcel be clarified, and either my order be delivered to me without further delay or I be provided with a full refund for the missing package.
