Cnitfire Order Marked Delivered Not Received - Seller Unreachable

I placed an order for Brooks Brothers clothing from Cnitfire with the order number ORDERCNITFIRE260328122337456. The shipment was being tracked through Track718 and on May 1st it was marked as delivered, but I have not received any package at my address in Coquitlam, Canada. After noticing that the status showed “delivered,” I tried to reach Cnitfire through their website, but the website appears to have been taken down and I have not been able to contact the seller in any way. As a result, I am left without the product I paid for and without any support from the seller. I request a full refund for this order, as the goods have not been delivered to me despite the tracking status indicating otherwise, and the seller is unreachable.
