Tracelo's Unauthorized Charge On My Card - Transaction Not Approved

I hold a Mada card issued by Al Ahli, and on 31 of this month at around 1:30, a Tracelo online purchase transaction was carried out on my card that I do not recognize at all. The transaction was deducted from my account even though I did not make or authorize this payment. The last four digits of my card number are 1808. Until now I have not taken any action regarding this transaction, but I am very concerned that an unknown payment has been made using my card information without my knowledge. I request that this transaction be urgently reviewed and that the deducted amount be refunded to my account, and I would like the necessary measures to be taken to protect my card and prevent similar unauthorized transactions in the future.
