Unauthorized Monthly Charges by Tracelo - Immediate Action Required

I’ve observed that Tracelo is taking money from my account each month, despite the fact that I never agreed to any recurring payments. This is hard to believe! Am I really just working to support your app? It seems that once you gain access to someone's account, you can continue to withdraw funds without limit!

I expect these unauthorized charges to cease right away and for my money to be refunded promptly. I shouldn't be charged monthly without my consent.

Tracelo, please resolve this issue promptly! I require assurance that all upcoming charges have been terminated, and I anticipate a complete refund for the unapproved deductions. If this persists, I will take further action!
