Tracelo Unauthorized Charges - Debit Card Fraud, No Refund

Tracelo has been charging me for a subscription that I never authorized. I tried to cancel, but since I never actually subscribed, they have continued to charge me because my email is not linked to the account they’re billing. I requested a full refund, yet they’ve been charging me for five months or more. I can’t cancel because the email isn’t associated with my name or account, even though my bank debit card clearly has my name on it. I have never once used their service. This is fraud on their part—it was never authorized—and I have no idea how they even got my card number since it’s a new card issued after previous fraud. They still haven’t contacted me regarding the refunds I am owed for months of unauthorized charges.
