I Need a Refund for an Unauthorized Tracelo Electric Company Charge

I am writing regarding an unexpected deduction of 729 AED from my debit card today by Traclo Electric Company. I have not purchased any product or service from this company, nor have I knowingly given any authorization that would justify this payment. The transaction appeared suddenly and was a complete surprise to me. This is the first time such a deduction has occurred, and I am based in Dubai, UAE. Because the transaction is unauthorized from my side, I consider this deduction incorrect and highly concerning. I kindly request that the full amount of 729 AED be refunded to my account and that any possible subscription, agreement, or recurring payment linked to my card with Traclo Electric Company be cancelled so that no further unauthorized deductions are made. I expect this issue to be investigated urgently and resolved as soon as possible. I request your confirmation in writing once the refund has been processed and any future deductions have been blocked.
