Toyota Warranty Question Regarding Common Steering Problem

Hello, Toyota Turkey fails to provide clear information about its Warranty Plus service and warranty rules. There is a widespread online complaint about the spontaneous steering box issue in Toyota vehicles, and from what I've seen on forums, no one seems to be charged for it. Is this a chronic problem? (Yes) My warranty is still valid, yet I'm receiving negative responses. When I visited the warranty-related site, it seemed like anyone benefiting from maintenance services for up to 10 years/160,000 km with an active warranty is not covered by the warranty. What could be the reason behind this? There is no clear explanation. I seek transparency and clarity regarding Toyota's warranty policies and the coverage they provide.
