Township Support Not Responding to Blocked Account Issue

My Township account named “Emir Kaan,” which is linked to both my Google Play and Facebook accounts, has been blocked for the past 3 days without any explanation. In addition to spending a significant amount of time on the game, I have also made considerable in-game purchases despite being a student. Currently, I have no access to my account at all.
As soon as I noticed the issue, I contacted the Township support team. However, I have not received any response so far. Not only has the reason for the account suspension not been explained, but all the purchases I made and the time I invested have effectively been lost.
As a student, every dollar I spend is valuable to me. Therefore, I request that my account be reinstated as soon as possible. Additionally, I ask for my situation to be reviewed fairly and for appropriate compensation to be provided, taking into account my purchases and losses.
