Township Facebook Account Progress Disappeared After Login

I have been playing Township for a long time on my iPhone, connected to my Facebook account. When I logged into the game around noon on March 12, I noticed that nearly one month of progress in my city had completely disappeared. All the buildings I constructed, upgrades I made, and the in-game cash and resources I had accumulated and spent during that time were gone.
Despite not violating any rules, losing all this progress instantly has caused significant frustration and loss of effort. I had also used resources purchased with real money to develop my city, and now it feels like all that time and money has been wasted.
I contacted Township support through the in-game help section and explained the issue in detail, but I have not received any response so far. As a player who enjoys the game and regularly invests time in it, this lack of support and data loss is extremely disappointing.
I request that the Township development team thoroughly investigate my account and fully restore my city, level, and all in-game resources to their state before the issue occurred. I also expect a prompt explanation and urgent resolution to this matter.
