Toshiba TV Keeps Breaking Down Even After Warranty Replacement

We purchased a Toshiba TV from A101, but the picture suddenly disappeared for no apparent reason. After contacting the warranty service and discussing the issue with them, we were sent a replacement television. The replacement we received was a Toshiba model with serial number 43UV1563DT, running the Vidaa operating system.
We used the replacement TV for just three weeks before it developed another problem out of nowhere. It turns on, displays the Toshiba logo, gets stuck on the startup screen, and then shuts down. We tried unplugging it, waiting, and turning it back on, but that did not work. We have tried every troubleshooting method we could think of, without success. When we consulted local repair technicians, they told us that the TV had locked itself up.
Are we expected to contact the warranty service every single week? Do we have to keep replacing our television over and over again? What are you going to do to resolve this situation? Either provide a proper solution or refund our money. You can keep the television, too!
