Problematic Toshiba LED TV Negative Warranty Exclusion

I purchased a Toshiba TV in March 2020. Since the day of purchase, the TV has been plagued with issues like freezing and slow startup, but I didn't pay much attention to it. Recently, the TV started turning on for a few seconds, and then the screen would begin to distort. About 20 days ago, the picture disappeared completely, leaving only the sound. I reached out to both Toshiba headquarters and Vestel regarding this issue. The technicians who came to inspect the TV claimed that the LEDs were malfunctioning without conducting any proper checks and demanded 2500 TL for repairs. Vestel Customer Services has been trying to contact me for days, but it seems like no one is paying attention. They're pushing the warranty expiration date, which is frustrating. This TV, which was expected to have a long lifespan, has failed within just 3 years. I've taken good care of it, never bumped or dropped it, and didn't even use an extension cable. However, it appears that the product was made with extremely low-quality materials. Toshiba doesn't seem to stand behind its products. I'd like to return the TV; you can either come and collect it or have it inspected at your factory. It's disheartening that even a 10-year-old tube TV wouldn't break down, yet LED TVs do due to their poor quality. I'm seriously considering giving up on Toshiba altogether. They may have some customer service, but it's far from satisfactory.

I struggled and argued for days to get the product repaired, but it broke down again in less than two months. As far as I understand, Toshiba products are generally problematic.
