Toptop High Coin Prices And Unfair Gift Deductions

I have been using the Toptop app for about two months, and during this time, I’ve experienced serious dissatisfaction. The biggest issues are the extremely high coin prices and the unfair deductions of 70–80% on gift transfers, which I find very unreasonable.

In total, I have spent between 5 to 7 million coins on the platform, but the value I received in return has been disappointing. These practices feel exploitative and unfair to paying users.

I have not contacted any support or help center until now. However, due to the ongoing issues, I decided to write this complaint directly. My username is M*, my registered email address is eyupd**@gmail.com**, and I use the app on an Android device.

I am requesting that my grievance be resolved and that the money I spent be refunded. Toptop must review its coin pricing policies and deduction rates to provide a fairer experience for its users.
