I paid ₺199 for the Premium upgrade in Top Eleven, expecting immediate access to the exclusive features it promises. But after completing the payment, absolutely nothing changed in my account—none of the Premium benefits were unlocked. I waited, refreshed the app, and even logged in again, but still no access. This is unacceptable. I paid real money and got nothing in return. Top Eleven, this is not how you treat loyal players.
