Thanks to Konami’s broken game system, I was unfairly denied a reward I had been waiting an entire day to claim. When I tried to access the site to collect my prize, I kept getting error messages. And now? The event is over — and the reward is gone. I put in years of effort into this game, and because of a technical fault on your end, that effort went completely unrewarded.
This isn’t just my issue — many other players experienced the same exact problem. We all followed the rules, we all earned our prizes, and Konami failed us. You can’t run an event and then lock players out due to server errors, only to turn around and say “too late” when they finally get access.
Konami, I’m deeply disappointed and angry. You owe me and every other affected player our rightful rewards or appropriate compensation. We’re not just numbers — we’ve invested time, energy, and in many cases, money (₺). Fix this now and stop punishing your most loyal players for your own system failures.
