If ToonMe keeps charging you after uninstalling the app;
• Open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) and check Subscriptions to see if ToonMe still has an active subscription
• Cancel the ToonMe subscription from the app store, as uninstalling the app does not cancel billing
• Take screenshots showing the active subscription and recent charges
Ask them to;
• Explain why billing continued after uninstall
• Confirm the subscription is fully canceled on their system
• Refund any post-uninstall charges if they were not clearly authorized
If the problem persists;
• Keep all receipts, screenshots, and cancellation proof
• File a complaint on Xolvie to stop further charges and seek a refund
