Tommy Hilfiger Camera Bag Started Peeling Too Soon

On October 18, 2024, I purchased a Tommy Hilfiger Iconic Tommy Camera Bag/Crossover (women's leather crossbody bag with logo and zipper) from the Wejaar seller through Trendyol. I chose this bag because I trusted the Tommy Hilfiger brand and expected it to be a high-quality product that I could use for many years.

However, before I had even owned it for one year, the material on the back of the bag began to peel. Now, as the second anniversary of my purchase approaches this October, the condition has become much worse. The peeling on the back of the bag is especially noticeable and has significantly affected its appearance. I am very disappointed that a premium-branded bag has deteriorated so quickly, and this experience has seriously reduced my confidence in the brand's quality.

This is the first time I have contacted the company regarding this issue, and I do not believe this level of wear is acceptable for a product of this quality and price. I respectfully request that the bag be inspected and that my issue be resolved through either a replacement or a full refund, if possible.
