I purchased a Columbia jacket (Product Code: 195981218978) from Boyner, but I immediately noticed a defect. When the zipper is opened, the left side of the jacket stays straight while the right side, around chest level, folds backward due to the zipper’s weight, causing an asymmetrical and awkward appearance. This is a clear defect.
I returned the jacket to Boyner Buyaka for an exchange or refund, but despite sending it for inspection twice, my request was rejected without any technical explanation. I recently sent it for a third inspection and am still waiting for a response.
As a long-time Boyner customer, I am disappointed with the dismissive attitude and lack of support. I expect a detailed review of the product and approval of my exchange or refund request. Boyner must uphold its reputation by resolving this issue promptly.
